Description

Delivering a soft, wide rectangular light from inside the wall, the Volta Large 2416C by 9010 Novantadieci can be installed facing up or facing down. Handmade in Italy, Volta Large offers a soft and subtle ambient light from a 16W LED, available in 2700K, 3000K or 4000K colour temperatures. Volta Large is made from an advanced compound technology developed by 9010 called CRISTALY® - see below. Plastered seamlessly into the wall, the Volta Large can be painted with any water-based paint which allows the fitting to blend invisibly into the architecture.

CRISTALY® - A compound that enhances light

Handmade in Italy from CRISTALY®, a new compound invented by 9010 Novantadieci that combines mineral elements and stabilizers to create a sensation of pureness and a matt surface finish. Compatible with plasterboard installations, the compound is:

Non-toxic, chemically inert and hypoallergenic
Air purification - transforms harmful bacterial substances in the air into harmless substances with a process similar to chlorophyll photosynthesis (the process works both in light and in dark)
UV resistant
Low thermal conductivity
Non-deforming
Non-flammable
Dust repellent
Perfect pure white surface
Suitable for decoration with any water-based paint

This creates a material that combines strength, lightness and durability whilst being eco-friendly, non-toxic, recycled and solvent free.
