9010 Bolla 8935B LED Plaster In Ceiling Light

Description

The contemporary Bolla 8935B by 9010 Novantadieci is recessed into the ceiling and then plastered in, creating a light that curves smoothly outwards from the architecture. Offering a soft round ambient glow radiating through the Ø400mm glass diffuser, the Bolla ceiling light has an organic and minimal conical shape.

The 52W LED produces a lumen output between 5700-6360lm, making Bolla perfect for both residential projects and for commercial spaces - lighting living rooms, dining rooms, restaurants or offices with equal ease. Available in 2700K, 3000K and 4000K colour temperatures. Handmade in Italy, Bolla is plastered seamlessly into the ceiling and can be painted with any water-based paint, allowing the fitting to appear to taper out from inside the building. Made from an advanced compound technology developed by 9010 called CRISTALY® - see below.

CRISTALY® - A compound that enhances light

Handmade in Italy from CRISTALY®, a new compound invented by 9010 Novantadieci that combines mineral elements and stabilizers to create a sensation of pureness and a matt surface finish. Compatible with plasterboard installations, the compound is:

• Non-toxic, chemically inert and hypoallergenic
• Air purification - transforms harmful bacterial substances in the air into harmless substances with a process similar to chlorophyll photosynthesis (the process works both in light and in dark)
• UV resistant
• Low thermal conductivity
• Non-deforming
• Non-flammable
• Dust repellent
• Perfect pure white surface
• Suitable for decoration with any water-based paint

This creates a material that combines strength, lightness and durability whilst being eco-friendly, non-toxic, recycled and solvent free.
