About the project

What we did.

Following a recommendation from AV supplier Art of Integration, we started the design process just 12 weeks before the site's planned opening date. With a serene, botanical aesthetic in mind, we devised a lighting scheme that beautifully enriched the abundant indoor greenery.

Using smart lighting controls by Rako, we installed a DALI dimming system that allowed for total flexibility in controlling the venue's lighting - whether in preset scenes, groups or even individually.

To enhance the natural theming and lavish colour palette of the venue, we installed a range of sleek, gold-finished fittings. For the central focus of the lighting, we used the Insolit TR Spot & Up Pendant in a custom-made, reversed variation to illuminate the integrated planters. These were complemented by the DLD Alps Mono Spotlights, lining the bar area to provide a more direct, focused light and allowing the bartenders to pour that perfect pint.

Finishing off the ground floor, using the DLD Duoline LED Profile we created the elongated wall lights in a matching gold finish to seamlessly integrate into the lighting concept.

Moving up to the terrace, we illuminated the staircase up to the soulful retreat with DLD Lightflow CSP IP68 Linear LED tape. Framing the outdoor space, the lush planters were lit up by Foco Outdoor Spotlights, creating the perfect spot for a leisurely cocktail and enjoying panoramic views of Canary Wharf’s stunning architecture.
