About the project

What we did.

We were very conscious of keeping the overall lighting scheme subtle, and the light fittings generally not seen. Most of the lighting is achieved from low level and floor with LED linear strips and up-lights. We have used plaster-in recessed lighting where we had the option of flat ceiling mount.

The lighting is controlled through a JCL intelligent dimming system allowing the client to change the ambience at a touch of a button inside and out. And with a overall energy efficient ratio of over 80% Part L compliant, not only does this house look fantastic, it is very eco-friendly.
