DLD Shadowline is a versatile modular track system that combines a modern style with cutting edge LED technology. The aluminium extrusion track can be recessed into the ceiling or wall and then plastered in and decorated, giving a seamless end result. Finished in black or white, with a PC extrusion cover and standard end caps. Can be wired to give either a continuous lighting effect, or sectioned off to allow control of light in different areas. The recessed track can be used in conjunction with the rest of the Shadowline range, allowing for horizontal and vertical corner connections and multiple choices of light output including: linear LED strip panels, LED downlights, LED twin head modules, LED spotlights and LED pendants. This is our modular components product page, where you have free rein to select individual parts of the track in order to customise and build your own unique track system. We have also collated pre-set compositions, our package product pages (see 'more like this' below), carefully chosen in-house by our lighting design experts.
The track length can be easily cut to suit individual projects on site. Please note that two end caps are included with all track lengths.
Shadowline modules can be dimmed via 0-10V, TRIAC, or DALI. 0-10V or DALI drivers included. TRIAC dimming is available as an alternative option.
Please note: 4000K colour temperature for modules are available on request but may have longer lead times - please enquire for details.
Wireless dimming from your smartphone
This track can also be used with the Casambi dimming units to give flexible control of the lighting in your home. Create the perfect mood for all situations wirelessly via Bluetooth 4.0 and save them as pre-set scenes on the Casambi app from your smartphone. Or control the scene at the touch of a button, either with Casambi wireless wall switches or with an off-the-shelf push dimmable on/off switch. - Our Top Tips -How do I order a track? We know track lighting can be confusing so we've simplified it the best we can for you!
- Use the dropdown options to select an individual component of the track system you want to build, along with the finish and a colour temperature (for modules) - then simply add to your basket with the desired quantity.
- You can then continue to do this until all the required components for your system are in the basket. Once you're happy with everything selected, progress to the payment page.
- It's as easy as that!

What driver do I need?
- Simply add up the total number of watts from each module component included in your system (refer to Specification tab). As a bare minimum, select the driver which is over the total wattage amount. However we recommend choosing the next largest driver in case of future upgrades.
